With the software you can turn your computer into a singing machine. You can choose from a lot of different software online, but you need to choose a good one.

Victoria Beckham Loses Her Cool While Parenting Her Kiddies

Victoria Beckham is ALWAYS the perfect picture of restraint and control but over the weekend at an LA Galaxy soccer match at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA, her poshness lost her cool for a split second when her children — Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James, Cruz David and BFF Ken Paves — forced her [...]

After our fun-filled day by the beach, Darion, his mom, David and I made our way to the AMC Theater at Century City to see Source Code. Now, I’ve had mixed feelings about the film from the very first time I saw the trailer a few months ago. On the one hand, the trailer didn’t make the film look all that good … on other hand, well, Jake Gyllenhaal is in it so …. you can see how I was torn. When I learned that Duncan Jones (David Bowie‘s son) directed it, I was sold. Overall, I liked Source Code very much … tho, for me, the ending left much to be desired.

I’ve heard some people say that Source Code reminds them of Inception and while I can see how some people can make that connection, I totally do not think the movies are all that similar. The storylines are totally different and there really isn’t all that much overlap thematically. In Source Code, we are are taken on a journey that tries to make us understand the concept of alternate realities and for the most part, I was on board with what the movie was trying to say … but the ending, I’m sorry, no I just didn’t buy it. I’ve watched my fair share of sci-fi programming that has given me a “working knowledge” of time travel, alternate realities, other dimensions etc. (and by “working knowledge” I mean, I’ve come to believe in a set of fictional rules that seem feasible to me if time travel, alternate realities, etc. actually existed). The ending of Source Code just did not work for me in the framework of my “working knowledge” of sci-fi temporal travel so … yeah, no, I didn’t like the ending. The rest of the movie, tho, I thought was inventive and entertaining. As much as I love Jakey poo, I felt he overacted a bit in some scenes but not enough to turn me off entirely. The support cast was fine but they were like background wallpaper … none of them really added anything to the story that stood out for me. I wish Source Code wasn’t a PG-13 film because the action felt a bit watered down. But, again, the inventiveness of the story, the twists and turns and overall plotline really entertained me. I don’t expect this film will do gangbusters at the box office but it’s worth seeing. If you miss it in theaters, you’ll be just fine seeing it on DVD or on cable.

Did any of y’all see Source Code this weekend? What did you think?

Street Theatre

I have selected one of my favorite paintings created by none other than Pablo Picasso in which to talk about in this article. The painting in question is the "Three Musicians". Before indulging into the actual analysts of this work of art, I would like to say a few words relating to a copy of it which I completed in the 1980's. At the time I was living in Zaragoza Spain and we would usually venture down to a specific local restaurant in the town during the early evening hours. At this particular location the owner and his wife took a strong liking to my eldest son and he was treated as if he was one of the family members whenever we went into the establishment. He was permitted in the kitchen, they gave him a chef's hat and he could sit and bang on the keys to the piano. These people thought nothing of all this, however as a responsible parent my wife and I disapproved of this behavior and halted it in the bud.

Something Else By The Kinks A Review

I love food almost as much as I love DJing. Which got me thinking one day. DJing is a lot like a meal - a four-course meal to be exact. Here's a fun analogy that will help you plan your DJ set. I have included approximate times corresponding to each course. Of course each club or venue will differ so find what's right for you and your crowd.

Finding the Right Karaoke Machine for Singing

The West African djembe drum which is pronounced "jembe" originated from the Mali Empire which was a medieval civilization of West Africa and dates back many centuries. The African drums were and still are used for ceremonial purposes and usually have rattles made from tin attached to them as well as Ksink Ksinks. When warriors went into battle the drums were used to motivate them and are still used for this purpose.

Bonnaroo 2011: The Greenest Music Festival of 2011?

I'm a huge fan of the "best of" shows they have on cable television from time to time. Whether it's a top 100 list of 80s tunes, the best rock songs, or America's favorite movies, seeing how your favorites stack up is always a good time. Sometimes the music or films that you like the most don't rate as high as you think they should and then the debate begins. What does this have to do with haunting and creepy songs, you ask?

Phonebook facebook

We're not sure how we feel about this, but Facebook is going ahead with their quest to "make the world more open and connected" by giving out users personal contact information such as home addresses and phone numbers to third-party developers and websites.

Facebook first announced this plan in January, but suspended any further action after public outcry from users and Congressmen, but whether you like it or not, the social network may be making you more social than you want to be.

Although the info is only intended to be shared with application developers, experts still fear it may be easier for scammers to take advantage of users who could give out their personal contact information after a few wrong clicks.

Others like Mary Hodder, chairman of the Personal Data Ecosystem Consortium, sees this as Facebook's willingness to change the rules of the game. She points out:

"People never thought when they were posting this data [such as their phone numbers] that it would be accessible to anyone but friends. There's a real mismatch of expectations around that. Even if Facebook comes back with new protections, they're still saying, 'Hey, get over it, your data is public.' I feel badly for users that Facebook's approach is 'You give us anything and it's all fair game.'"

We don't think hope there is a reason to get TOO worried because the information sharing is not automatic and a developer has to request permission to access any information from a user. A spokesperson for the website said:

"You need to explicitly choose to share your data before any app or website can access it and no private information is shared without your permission."

The best way to avoid this information being shared however, might be to completely remove it from your profile.

JLS Facts

The heart is pounding, the hands shake. Many people experience anxiety when they become the centre of attention. Specifically, many musicians are not able to perform their best as a result of an increased anxiety level. While some believe it is important to experience some performance anxiety to play their best, anxiety should not overwhelm the performer. The effects of excessive nerves may appear when a gap exists between what has occurred in practice and the actual performance. When anxiety prevents an individual from performing at their best, not only is the performer affected, but the musical experience of other instrumentalists and/or the listener also may be affected.

"I've only really had relationships with women, but I'm certainly not closed to it. If there are possibilities of being able to do anything in life, why would you say you would never take any up?"

"In the later chunk of my teen years I was so all over the place with sex. It was terrible. I never really had a real relationship at all. During puberty, it's all about sex, and it's all about figuring yourself out. I think I overdid it when I was younger."

So there you have it, folks! Thomas Dekker is officially an equal opportunity free agent!

Over the years, the Academy Awards have some to carry significant influence throughout the film industry - often, simply being nominated for an award boosts profits for both studios and performers. For that reason, studios dedicate massive amounts of funding each year to marketing and public relations campaigns that they hope will earn them more votes, in spite of the Academy's efforts to stifle the impact of such promotional efforts among its voters.

Passing the Sting Symphonicity Tour Baton to Sarah Hicks

If you're a musician, at some stage you've probably considered the idea of recording yourself, or your band. Digital music recording technology has come a long way in recent years, and the best part is that you no longer need to remortgage your house to be able to build a decent quality home studio set up. The first step is deciding where you're going to work. Are you a garage band with access to a real garage, or are you a solo act who neatly folds onto a single chair in your study? Before you think about shelling out for any equipment, you need to sort out where you're going to be recording music. As the experts say, "location, location, location". It's pretty important. Here are the things you should consider.

Whether country gals, island girls or uptown ladies, most of them have an idea of what the perfect handbag looks like and they soon hope to have it hanging from their arm. Some ladies love glitz, while others are driven to a plain canvas tote and yet still there are groups that absolutely adore anything painted.
